If you are a new applicant or do not have your prior Login ID/PIN and wish to submit an application for an upcoming term, please click the "First time user account creation" link below and create a Login ID (1-9 alphanumeric characters) and PIN (6-15 alphanumeric characters).
Please submit payment only ONCE to prevent duplicating charges to your credit card!!
Do NOT use someone else’s Login ID (such as a parent or sibling’s account) as this will result in your personal information being mixed together instead of you getting your own unique account.
If you receive an error message, you may contact the appropriate office the following business day to verify receipt of your application and payment.
