Prerequisites: TXMD 3320 or TXMD 4220 with C or better; senior standing (90 credit hours). Senior capstone course that requires application of skills and knowledge gained in the major coursework in a realistic industry context. Create an original product line in a team environment; design, construct, market and merchandise product line suitable to enter into a juried design competition and/or sell through a retail outlet. Meets five hours per week. Offered once a year.
