BIOL 7010 - Analysis of Genetic Markers
Prerequisites: BIOL 3500 and 6350/6351 or STAT 6020. Overview of the use of genetic markers to answer ecological and evolutionary questions. Applications of phylogenetics, population genetics, and identification of individuals. Labs integrated with lectures to cover major algorithms and software. Four hours of lecture/problem solving per week.
