CHEM 4190 - Mass Spectrometry |
Prerequisite: CHEM 2230/2231, 4550/4551, or consent of instructor. Mass spectrographic analysis emphasizing the use of the instrument in obtaining mass spectral data. Technique of obtaining spectra using gas chromatographic effluents as well as normal sampling procedures. Routine maintenance and an introduction to the interpretation of simple spectra.
