Prerequisite: PSCI 1030/PSCI 1031 or CHEM 1010/CHEM 1011 or CHEM 1020/CHEM 1021 or CHEM 1030/CHEM 1031 or CHEM 1110/CHEM 1111 or CHEM 1120/CHEM 1121 or GEOL 1030/GEOL 1031 or ASTR 1030/ASTR 1031. Basic concepts, laws, and principles of astronomy, chemistry, geology, and physics with particular emphasis on the utilization of equipment available or easily improvised in actual school situations to illustrate these concepts, laws, and principles.
