Examines technology as a means for effectively completing the instructional cycle. Explores online technology tools in order to effectively evaluate learning, analyze learner data, and transform ways to engage in appropriate assessment processes to improve practice and ensure student learning success. Focuses on application of evaluation strategies and tools to meet the needs of learners in higher education, non-profit, industry, business, and non-traditional as well as traditional digital settings.
