JOUR 3660 - Strategic Communication Research |
Prerequisite: Permission of instructor or permission of the School of Journalism and Strategic Media. Introduces research methods used in advertising, journalism, public relations, and strategic communication. Provides experiences in scientific research and data analysis, including quantitative and qualitative methods, content analysis, experiments, surveys and focus groups for diagnosing, planning, managing, and evaluating situations.
