Engages a data-driven approach using key metrics from across the functional areas of HRM and technology to address contemporary topics such as diversity and inclusion, alternative working arrangements, and other strategic innovations. Utilizes technology to simulate realistic decision-making scenarios. Comprehensive review of HRM functional areas helps students prepare for certification exams administered by international professional associations such as SHRM-CP.
