Addresses how information technology (IT) supports business operations and management. Topics include strategic uses of IT, business intelligence, databases, decision support, artificial intelligence, e-business, systems development, IT infrastructure, security emerging trends and inherent social, ethical, and legal considerations. Excel spreadsheet design and data analysis for decision making key components.
