MGMT 3730 - Management of Innovation |
Prerequisite: MGMT 3620 and admission to the College of Business. Examines the management of the process of forecasting, acquiring, and integrating emerging technologies into the firm's products/services and processes. Particular emphasis given to rapid prototyping (e.g., 3D printing) technologies for products and services, learning from failure, and idea generation/screening. Course structure may vary.
