MGMT 4500 - Employment Discrimination Law
(Same as BLAW 4500.) Prerequisites: Junior standing; admission to the College of Business. A detailed examination of the legal rights and responsibilities of employers and employees with respect to fair employment practices; emphasis on significant statutes, administrative regulations, and judicial decisions forming the body of antidiscrimination law.
