CheckBox New ID access:
  1. Create a user ID and PIN
  2. Add a security question and answer
  3. Provide your personal information
  4. Once the information you provide is reviewed and processed, you will have access to the secure login option from the homepage

Information Please create a Login ID and PIN.
  1. Your Login ID can be up to seven alpha characters which must be followed by two numeric digits with no spaces.
    Example: ABCDEFG12
  2. Your PIN must be six numbers.
  3. Enter your PIN again to verify it and then select Login. Your Login ID and PIN will be saved.

NoteAlpha characters are stored in upper case only.
